"Slow replies and not much help"
I’m not trying to be difficult, but the replies took forever, and even after waiting, I still didn’t really get the help I needed with my order. I get that things can get busy, but it was frustrating to feel like I had to keep waiting around without getting a clear answer.

"Return and warranty process was a headache"
I tried to return a part and get a straight answer about the warranty, but the whole thing turned into a hassle. Replies were slow, and when I did hear back, it never really answered my question. It felt like they were just passing me around and hoping I’d give up. After dealing with that, I really don’t trust their customer service and won’t be buying from them again.

"Box was dented, but the item was fine"
The box showed up dented, which felt avoidable with better packaging or handling, but luckily everything inside was okay. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing to see when it arrived.

"Promised updates never really happened"
I placed my order and was told I’d get updates, but after that it felt like I had to chase them for everything. Replies got slower and slower, and when they finally did respond, the answers weren’t very helpful. Frustrating when they promise communication and then don’t follow through.

I ordered this from kakindustry.com thinking it would be a simple fit for my build, but nope, not even close. I checked the listing before buying and it looked like it should work, but once I had the part in hand, it lined up like some bargain-bin afterthought.
I tried to get it installed and quickly realized it just wasn’t going to happen. Nothing matched up the way it should, so the whole install had to come to a stop over this little headache of a part.
Maybe it works fine for someone else’s setup, but for mine it was just a waste of time and money. Annoying, especially when something this basic manages to be this useless.

"Thought the parts were in stock, but they weren’t"
I ordered a few parts because the site showed they were in stock, so I figured everything was good to go. Then later I got a message saying they actually didn’t have them after all. It was frustrating because I’d already spent the time placing the order and waiting. Their inventory really needs to be updated better so people don’t waste time ordering stuff that isn’t actually available.

It felt too expensive. I expected more for what I paid.
After I ordered, I saw similar stuff for cheaper somewhere else. Annoying. Maybe I should’ve looked around first.
It wasn’t terrible or anything. Just not worth the price to me. I wouldn’t buy again

"Compliance details were clear but also not really"
I checked out kakindustry.com because I wanted to find some compliance info, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The site itself works fine and I did find some of what I needed, but at the same time it felt like the important details were either missing or buried somewhere. It’s not a bad site, and I wouldn’t say it’s unusable, but I also expected the compliance explanations to be a lot clearer. Somehow it felt straightforward and confusing at the same time.

"Confusing instructions and a frustrating evening"
I was really hoping this would be a quick install, but the instructions were so unclear and seemed to skip a few important steps that I ended up sitting there for hours trying to figure out what went where, guessing way too much of the assembly as I went along and getting more frustrated the longer it took, so by the end of the evening I was just annoyed and not happy with the whole experience at all.

"Still feeling unsure about trusting it"
I really wanted to feel good about using kakindustry.com, but something about the whole experience left me uneasy. Some details were harder to find than I expected, and I kept wondering who I was actually buying from, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
The site itself worked okay, so it wasn’t a total mess or anything, but when I had questions, the response took longer than I hoped. That delay made me feel more anxious instead of reassured, especially when I was already on the fence.
They might be perfectly fine, and maybe other people have had better experiences, but I personally didn’t feel enough clarity or confidence to relax about it. I’d just say be careful, read everything closely, and double-check before placing an order

"Tracking was completely wrong"
The tracking said my order was delivered, but nothing ever showed up. I reached out to support and they basically just repeated the same incorrect tracking info back to me. After that, no one followed up or gave me any real update. Super frustrating experience.

"Felt like more of the same"
I spent some time looking through kakindustry.com because I was hoping to find something a little different or more creative, but my first instinct was that it all felt familiar. A lot of the products seemed like things I’ve already seen elsewhere, just presented with different photos or descriptions.
I’m sure it might be fine for someone who just needs the basics, but I was expecting something fresher or more updated. I usually trust my gut when a site doesn’t really pull me in, and this one just didn’t make me feel excited enough to come back or buy again.

I ordered from kakindustry.com and didn’t realize until after the fact that the item was on backorder. I’m not against waiting, but I’d rather know that before I check out. Other sites I’ve used usually make stock status obvious right on the product page or during checkout, so this felt a little frustrating by comparison. I also had to reach out myself to get updates instead of being kept in the loop. The product might end up being fine, but the ordering experience definitely could be better. They really need to make backorder and stock info more visible upfront.

"Install was alright, but I probably made it harder than it needed to be"
I ordered a part from kakindustry.com, and overall the install went okay. It did fit like it was supposed to, but I’ll admit I probably went into it thinking it would be more straightforward than it actually was.
The instructions could definitely be a little clearer, though some of the struggle was on me for not slowing down and double-checking everything before jumping in. A few steps felt like they left out small details, so I ended up watching a couple videos just to make sure I wasn’t messing something up.
Once I got it installed, it worked fine and I haven’t had any real issues with it. Not the easiest install I’ve ever done, but not a nightmare either, partly the instructions, partly me overcomplicating it

"Basic order request was ignored"
My order showed up with the wrong stuff in it, which was really frustrating because I felt like the basic request I made was just ignored. Some items didn’t match what I picked, so I had to go back through everything and figure out what was missing or incorrect.
It wasn’t a huge complicated order, so I didn’t expect it to be such a hassle. Having to spend extra time sorting out their mistake was annoying, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Pretty decent after seeing all the forum hype"
I kept seeing KAK brought up in forums, so I figured I’d give them a shot. The parts showed up fine and the price was reasonable. Shipping updates were a little slow though, and support took longer than I expected to get back to me. At first I was kind of annoyed, but once everything arrived, I was like, alright, this is actually fine. Not a bad experience overall, just didn’t totally blow me away.
